Re: Eczema flare up
I get eczema on my hands: it causes my hands to become sore, dry, split and bleed. It is incredibly painful too. But I use Betnovate. It soothes my skin and reduces my eczema. However, it has to be prescribed by a doctor.
Still, Betnovate has done wonders for my skin.

Re: Help!
I am 63 years old and have been clear of acne for years (except for the odd spot) after taking two coursed of Roaccutane. Recently I have developed one big spot after another. I haven't changed my diet or my skincare regime so I don't understand what is going on!! I am so afraid that this is the st...

Re: How do you store medicines on an as-needed basis?
I store my medications in a medium sized cardboard box. I also use two pill boxes for my daily doses of medications. These I re-fill weekly. This also means I know exactly how much medication/s I have and need to order online. I would certainly advise anyone use pill boxes and keep a special cardboa...

Re: Can Stress leads to get Heart Attack?
Yes, stress can increase the risk of a heart attack. When you're stressed, your body releases hormones that raise your blood pressure and heart rate. Over time, this can damage your heart and blood vessels. Stress can also lead to unhealthy habits like overeating, smoking, or not exercising, which ...

Re: Question about a personal mental health problem
It is normal for a person to become confused and mentally blind. Mental health problems are much less taboo than they used to be. In fact - in America - everyone with money sees a therapist: and boasts about it! You're certainly not in a minority to have mental health problems. There unfortunately i...

Re: Addixted to scratching
When my hands itch sometimes I feel like running them under hot water and scratching them. The hot water and scratching relieve the itching and it is a little addictive like you described. What you can do is RUB your itchy skin instead of using your nails. That way you'll relieve the itching without...

Re: New exzema sufferer
I've got eczema on my hands. It is sore and painful. The skin often dries and splits, causing my hand to bleed. I use Zerobase and Betnovate to treat my hands and use them daily. Thankfully they heal my skin fairly quickly but I have to repeatedly use them. Still, my hands feel better after a few da...

Re: Arthritis/Joint pain Course Design Input
Hi Natalie! Your passion for helping others live pain-free lives holistically is truly inspiring. Designing an online course sounds like a fantastic way to expand your impact beyond your clinic. As someone who values a holistic approach, I think it would be helpful to include modules on identifying...

Re: Blood thinners or Accutane Consumers for acne?
I've never heard of using blood thinners for acne but as long as your daughter is under the care of a doctor, I think it's fine to do. If she does try accurate to treat her acne, again she must be under the supervision of a doctor/medical professional. She must NOT use the treatment without medical ...

Re: Have you undergone preventative health screening??
I've had full health MOTs for a few years now. I am under the treatment of the doctor for a health issue I have and see wants my weight measured/blood tests/ECGs/etc.
I don't mind as it has to be done.
