Can it be passed on?
My wife and I are thinking of starting a family. My wife has vitiligo and we've heard it could be hereditary. There is differing information about this. What is the likelihood of our children developing the condition?

Do I need to use suncream more often?
I spend a lot of my time outside doing gardening work, as this is my job. I tend to not put suncream on unless it's really sunny. Do I need to protect my skin (and face) more than this? Hello Dr Bowling - thank you for answer. I hadn't considered using a gel - I've now Googled sunsense and can see they have a sports gel. I will be buying some and giving it a try.
