Re: How to temporarily stop using moisturisers?
Heya tricky really. depends on how bad your skin is. personally i take my creams everywhere. even when on holiday, they seem to be on my 'essentials' list. It also depends where and for how long you are trekking. I have tried oral steroids and they do work really well - for the time you are taking t...

Dermaguard cream? Anyone tried it?
Hey everyone,
Just a quick message to ask if anyone has tried a product called dermaguard? I have recently had it recommended to me but have never heard of it before.
I'd be interested to hear if anyone has used it and whether they found any results.
Look forward to hearing from you

Re: My 5 top tips for eczema sufferers
Reading your story makes me feel very sad :( it isn't right that you have been abandoned by your doctor. Is there any way you can change docs and see someone else? Yes it is a genetic condition, and it's true that we do have to learn to live with it, but there are treatments that can help us to cope...

Hey there good to hear you are feeling better, Have you ever had allergy testing? It sounds like you had an allergic reaction at some point. If you havnt already, it might be worth getting tested just in case there is something you are allergic to that you can avoid in the future. Its also worth kno...
