i am underweight
hello everyone my name is simon jack and i am 19 years old and my weight is only 55 kg so how increased my weight please suggest me some medicines or some health foods for increased my weight ?

Hi,
There is one more way to try, milk and banana for some time this will be helpful to you.
Eat healthy food and dry fruits on time. Don't skip your diet plan.

It sounds good that you care about your health. If you want to gain weight then add the food that contains fat and high-calories. But don't eat junk food.

You can try banana and milk to weight gain.

Change your diet. Take banana shake instead of morning tea. take bake potatoes. Sleep properly at night and also take afternoon nap for good health.

Eat a lot of protein. Oats porridge breakfast, eggs, and lots of meat. Sausages and bacon and chicken. In 2010 when i did these things and went to gym and lifted heavy weights, i put on weight really fast, i was consuming around 3000 calories a day. Maybe more, but i know it was at least 3000 calories.
