Yeah, meditation is a good experience of getting relaxed. I use it pretty often, it helps me to concentrate and get rid of bad thoughts. Also I like to listen some classic and instrumental music.

I play computer games, watch TV shows and read books. It helps me to imagine myself to be someone else, somewhere far away, it’s as parallel to have a more exciting life full of adventures)

After all my years of struggling with mental health, stress, anxiety and general insanity, the only thing I rely on 100% these days is Jesus and I give it all up to Him. This works for me every time; better than any form of drugs or meds I've tried, because it got to the point where I had nowhere else to go except Him or ending it all. I'm not perfect yet though, but putting myself into the arms of Jesus is the only way these days that relaxes me, soothes me and calms me, so I don't feel crazy.

Every person has their own way to relax. According to me meditation is such a best way to relax your mind as well as body. Once time i read about the benefits of meditation and I followed that ways .You can't believe it has amazing feeling whole day after meditation in the morning.

On weekdays, we do not get enough sleep to complete required sleep hours. So I sleep for more 2-3 hours than regular sleep hours. And then do some meditation, have some coffee to get relax.

There is a well-known saying that ‘Health is Wealth’. Indeed, health is the most important and gifted gift. But there is a lot of confusion when it comes to health and nutrition about the relation of health and longer life.
Even qualified experts, often seem to have the exact opposite opinions regarding health and longer life.
