Intolerence to unknown in certain Craft Beers
I can drink many Craft Ale Beers and they do not bother me at all. But there are a couple that make me feel dizzy which leads to a headache the next day after drinking just 1. I am trying to find out what it is so I have looked into both ingredients. The ingredients both contain Barley, Malt, Wheat, Yeast, Hops, Water. Both free from artificial chemicals and additives.
Lizard Ales's Kernow Gold is the one I have problems with.
Whitewater Brewerys Maggies Leap causes no problems at all
I would like to know what can cause dizzyness and headaches other than those I listed in the ingredients?
Carl

Hi carloskinsman,
Thank you for posting on the forum. Have you considered it could be the histamine level within the beer? Have a look into histamine, alcohol and the effects. Maybe its higher in Lizard Ales's Kernow Gold?
Kind regards

Prejudice to an obscure fixing in a specialty lager could be because of a sensitivity or aversion to one of the brew's parts. These parts could incorporate grains, bounces, yeast, or added substances
