Hi, I have had IBS For 30 years. Tried so many things that people thought I was crazy to try them. Then I had an inspiration. I noticed I get better in the summer. Well what was different was i took the Blue packet of benerdryll ACRIVASTIN . So I gave it go and to my amazement it sorted it out. I guess it's not a cure but who cares it does the trick. Pity it's the most expensive antihistamine drug out there but I found if I buy it in bulk it comes to half price, so hope this helps anyone
