Sore, itchy skin

My skin is red, sore and itchy but also spotty. I have tried all sorts of products over the years amd while it clears up short term it always goes back to the same issues. Any suggestions or ideas would be welcome!

Re: Sore, itchy skin

Have you considered an elimination diet,as it could be something you are eating. I have eczema, and since cutting out dairy it has pretty much gone. Hope this helps.

Sore, bothersome skin can happen because of various potential reasons, including skin conditions, unfavorably susceptible responses, or basic medical problems

Re: Sore, itchy skin

I have eczema on my hands and it is painful. Without the right skin creams my skin becomes sore, itchy and splits. It can become extremely painful. So I use Betnovate on my sore hands: my doctor prescribed it and it works wonders.

Anyhow, on your skin the right medicated cream will reduce the soreness and help your skin heal.

I know this isn't groundbreaking advice BUT a medicated cream - one that is right for you - will also reduce any pain you're experiencing.
