Reviews
I have always tried to research myself and this helped me realise that what I have been doing is correct. I do sometimes miss out putting lotion/cream on my skin but now I do it more regularly. The skin is a lot less itchy and in some places, it has disappeared. Most importantly I ensure I follow as healthy a diet as possible with plenty of fruit and veg and drink lots of water. I look for products that suit my needs and where possible get samples to test.
I think the mydryskin support is informative and helpful. Give it a go.
I really appreciate the useful tips I can follow to improve my condition.
I have sensitive and dry skin with roseacea. I found the support programme via mydryskin very useful to help with what can trigger it and helpful tips.
I was glad to sign up for the dry skin support programme. On a weekly basis, I got new information about dry skin, with different subjects. Explained in an easy manner and reader-friendly download. I had a huge difference in regards to a skincare routine and what to avoid for my dry skin (skin irritants ). I was so clueless about how and what to do on a daily basis. With the lockdown, I wasn't able to go to the GP. Thanks to the support program it guided me a lot and my family members found it beneficial too. Simple notes to remember and follow. I'm really so happy, and so is my skin.
I was able to find all the information needed quickly and from trustful people.
I would recommend this programme to anyone suffering with dry skin conditions. I thought I already knew a lot about dry skin but the weekly manageable emails were comprehensive and gave further information sources. I now feel much more comfortable and confident in being able to deal with and manage my dry skin and know what questions to ask healthcare professionals if needed. Definitely recommended!
A very worthwhile and helpful programme with many topics covered to assist with everyday conditions. It also provides a reference for future use if required.
I found the programme very useful and interesting, the information provided was easy to understand and gave useful helps and tips, it also provided information of where you can access or obtain further support & information on the subject. It has made me feel more confident in looking after my skin and I have seen some improvements to my skin since starting the programme! I would recommend this programme for anyone suffering with dry skin!
A lot of advice and help but for me I’ve got very dry skin but I also have p,l,d and there has never been much help for me in the over 25 years I’ve had it anyway.
The programme was very useful to people like me who just bear it and hoped it would just disappear when I came across talkhealth. I thought at first it was just another site that did nothing for you, how wrong I was, they are truly a very helpful site and the support is next to none.
My skin has always been problematic. Dry and itchy especially by summertime. I found many good advices, tips and simple steps on how to manage skin like that. I know it's not only skin. it's also our diet and specific amount of liquids.
Very informative and helpful.
My skin has improved. It is no longer itchy or rashy and flaky.
Although I have had psoriasis for many years and thought I was quite knowledgeable this programme increased my knowledge and allowed me to investigate new treatments and skin maintenance.
