Reviews
The programme was very helpful and gave an interesting insight to this condition.
I have been suffering from rosacea for what seems all of my life. It affects just my nose and its always red. After looking at this programme I have done research and asked my GP for a new cream. I found the cream from the GP does not work however found a cream online which treats and covers, at the moment this is working and my nose is the best it has ever been. I am hoping this will continue. It is thanks to this programme I realised that I shouldn't just put up with it and there is some alternative help out there.
Very helpful.
The progamme had helped me understand in greater depth the problem and how to handle it. It was useful to know all the different triggers and in a way to know I wasn't alone and it's not as bad as I think.
This was an invaluable program that gave tips and advice on managing it. You learn so much from it.
Informative and very helpful as information is knowledge and knowledge can help to manage our conditions.
Excellent information.
I have learnt how to live and stay positive even when I have had some flare up symptoms just by eating the right foods, getting advice, ideas and tips from other people who have suffered or still suffering from this condition. Keeping a diary of my day to day both good and bad days of how I feel and trying to ensure I stick with a more healthy diet and keep active too. Overall, it has made quite a difference now as I feel a bit more confident and just get on with my life no matter what. Keeping a positive mind and with motivation, I know it will get even better for me too.
This program was very informative and helpful on so many levels. I find the information and hints and giving were very useful to me in my day-to-day management of my skin condition it also helped not only with the physical aspects but also the mental and psychological issues that arise as a result of having this condition.
It was useful to get information about triggers and how to mitigate the effects of the problem, particularly in using camouflage make up techniques.
It is very good to know that there are people willing and able to help you.
This programme is really helpful. There is lots of useful advice for people suffering from rosacea.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading about detailed information about rosacea which I was not aware of. The skin care tips, controlling trigger points, managing flamed skin etc. All were explained in detail.
It helped me realise I was not alone and that there is a lot of people out there with rosacea I have never been told a lot about rosacea/ I was diagnosed my a skin consultant and my gp handed me gel and never discussed with me how it was affecting me. Myrosacea support programme helped me realise the psychological impact on me was one of the things to discuss I would advise anyone like myself who had no support to join.
Very relevant information, helpful.
